CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The person who has confirmed his consent on the page https://instatoggle.com (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) hereby gives his consent to Instatoggle LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the processing of personal data, namely data on the issued passport, surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, telephone number, email address, personal address, IP address, Google Advertising ID, IDFA, cookies, geo-location, data on purchases made, in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.27.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
The Operator processes the Buyer's personal data by any means, including, but not limited to, collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), using, transferring (distributing, providing, accessing), depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, destroying personal data.
The Operator processes the Buyer's personal data in order to:
sending notifications, advertising information, as well as information about current promotions, services sold by the Operator through the website to the Buyer: https://instatoggle.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website)
publishing a review left by the Buyer on the Site, as well as transferring the text of the review to third-party resources for advertising purposes;
sending personal offers to the Buyer from the Operator;
informing the Buyer about the status of the order;
conducting surveys, statistical and marketing research, processing the information received, including with the possibility of commercial use of the results of these surveys, studies.
This consent is provided by me to take actions in relation to my personal data that are necessary to achieve the above goals, including (without limitation) collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer to third parties to carry out actions to exchange of information, depersonalization, blocking of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. This consent is valid until the achievement of the purposes of processing personal data or during the period of storage of information.
If the Buyer wishes to revoke this consent to the processing of personal data, he must send a written statement of withdrawal to the Operator at the e-mail address: juliettepro@yandex.ru. In the event that the Buyer withdraws consent to the processing of his personal data, the Operator undertakes to stop their processing or ensure the termination of such processing (if the processing of personal data is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Seller) and, if the storage of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing personal data , destroy personal data or ensure their destruction (if the processing of personal data is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Seller) within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of a written application.
